PowerPoint presentation

  • Please use PowerPoint for your presentation PowerPoint, due by June 4
  • Display 16:9

Presentation Suggestions:

  • Limit the amount of information on each slide
  • Avoid red letters, which are difficult for some people to read. The best readability comes from high contrast of intensity. 
  • Rehearse your presentation prior to the conference

Presentation and Handout Submission

Presentation and handouts are due June 4

Please submit your handouts/presentation in PDF/PPT/Word format

If you are planning on printing your own handouts, please contact us at [email protected] for information on how many handouts to print.

When uploading your PowerPoint and handouts, please name your documents in the following format:

  • Presentations: SpeakerLastName_PresentationTitle
  • Handouts: Presentation SpeakerLastName_Handout1

Upload here or email your presentation and any handouts you want shared with attendees to [email protected].

Handouts and presentations will be made available to attendees through the website. Please provide your handouts and presentations by the date provided to ensure availability prior to the conference.


Audio Visual

ASMAC will provide the following AV for sessions: 

  • Laptop
  • Projector
  • Screen
  • Slide advancer
  • Microphone

Conference and Session Information

  • Sessions are generally 45 minutes to an hour long. Please leave a minimum of 10 minutes for question, answer and discussion.
  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your presentation.
  • Set up in a large U-Shape with podium, head table, screen and projector at the end of the U.
